How Long will It keep up?

X10hosting has been going on for few years till now.
Now this is just a little question I'd like to ask members!

How long do you think x10hosting will provide free hosting? or will it just shutdown after few years?

you are required to answer in some digits like maybe 12 years or 2 years?

So tell me what do you think?

x10 is here to stay, as long as Corey keeps running the service and doesn't die on us! Without Corey we wouldn't have x10, and we'd be out of jobs

It has completed 3 years as of now and it is running pretty strong right now.

I don't think it will ever really end. Corey finally broke even and if he keeps it up he might actually be able to turn over a profit. He was losing money on this site before, so if he reaches the "break even" point, if a rate of growth continues, he should be able to increase it to a point of income. Not exactly passive income, though. Too bad he'll go insane from reading all of the ridiculous support requests before he'll be able to enjoy the money.

I ended up choosing x10 for free hosting after some good research, so I hope it goes for a while and more addons to follow. I don't know about logging in once every two weeks to the forum though, but that's just me...

I reckon (& hope!) it will last for a long time yet. At some point I wouldn't mind becoming staff!! As long as Corey doesn't get bored and decides to not bother with X10 anymore it should last ages!!

it will last ages and they recently done alot of updates and upgrades so hes not getting bored of the work ya never know it maybe be around for ever

after the dot com failure after 2001 I don't think there should be much worry for a twelve year period. What to watch for in a long term hosting is for a good advertizement campain to bring in revenues, this means some kind of banner ads on the host web page. but putting google ads on everyones sites is asking a lot.

Personally i dont think Cory will ever get bored with it. He kind of reminds me of myself, i love a challenge and will even loose sleep untill i can solve it. I'm sure with running a hosting company like this one there are lots of challenges so yea i think he will be around for along time. Not sure i can put a number on it (10-?) other than saying x10 isnt going anywhere for alot of years

Well then all of x10 actually rely's on corey's shoulders, humm.
So do you think he can survive the problems and issues that come up if this service really picks up.
As you see we are getting more and more members, that will result in more servers, more loads, more issues, then corey, will have veins popping from his head and then....
Do you think x10 hosting will still last?

Also I like the spirit of you guys and the staff, who are helping this site to remain the best!!
I know from experience this may last longer than we think...I posted this topic as a time killer, no really negative thinking againt forum or hosting services!! lol
