Your website is not suspended at all, you merely have no index page to begin your website.

Do remember that index pages are mandatory whether it be index.html or index.php or whatever.

You have, normally, one week from the time your account is created to have a working website. Although, this all depends on how soon the Account Managers cross your account for review.
