We are not using those levels anymore. Moreover all the accounts have the same php.

Why do you ask? any problem or error?

Bytheway the mail() is disabled and use the SMTP instead.

I looked up the error related to x10 hosting here on the forum, and someone said to upgrade so that it would work.
