How much does a full license of vBulletin cost?

As in FULL license, and what do I get with the full license?

I am thinking of buying a vBulletin license, from what I have heard it cost 91 pounds.

I have tried to purchase from vBulletin just to check out the price but this bit confuses me:

Bulk prices in licenses is just.. the BULK price of the licenses. I'm sure the # of licenses you get is the number of serial numbers you get.

And updates, are just updates. Whatever they fix in the script, they will release the update, and you will have to dl it plus install it.

I think you should ask the people at vbulletin.com since more people own one more than us here.

I tried to register up at vBulletin.com and when I try to post in the right thread for this it says "You do not have permission to make a topic in this forum"

So I registered about 4 times and still it says the same thing.

Umm, could you explain what the number of Serials actually mean?
And if I pay 91 pounds do I get the downloads of the latest vBulletin software? [In the Clients center of course].
