Here is the configuration, I want to see if I can possibly sell it, but how much money would I get before I sell it, and not have a computer because I am to short to buy a new, shiny dual-core processor.

TOSHIBA Satellite 5205-S5151
- Specs -
Windows XP Professional
Mobile Intel Pentium 4 Processor 2.20GHz - M
40GB HDD
512MB DDR SDRAM (2 x 256MB)
32MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce4 460 Go graphics controller
DVD-ROM/CD-RW drive
15.0" SXGA+ diagonal TFT
Harman/Kardon stereo speakers with built-in subwoofer and Dolby Digital output
Bridge Media Adapter to read Smar Media, CF Type I, and Memory Stick
Integrated Wi-Fi (802.11b)
i.LINK (IEEE 1394) port and SD slot

- Condition -
Top of the laptop scratched (paint intact, but it has hairline scratches from usage)
Front plating missing a corner
Volume wheel missing cover (still works)
Battery lock broken (battery works, but can slide out)
Stickers on the bottom peeling
Missing the "S" and "D" keys on the keyboard, though you can still press them, they are just missing the plate thing.

Other than that, everything works perfectly, games work pretty well too, reads DVDs, comes with a DVD remote controller with dead battery, and recovery cds. Has a built-in touchpad. The NVIDIA card is real good too. So, how much is this worth?

Take note, I am not trying to sell it here, just getting opinions on how much can I sell it for, thanks you very much.

About NZ$300, if it was in better condition (e.g. no keys missing, not scratched) it would be more. Try replacing the keyboard and touch up the paint.

Here are two images, took forever to upload on dial-up. Ill upload another two images later on, so you can view it. I mean, the laptop isn't in bad condition, just not in excellent condition. Though I guess buying a new keyboard could up its value more, but would it really be necessary? I guess you guys can judge by the pictures, again thanks for the help.

Try to make the pics smaller. They'll upload faster.

I got one similar, it has about 3 years i think. How old is yours?

Its from around 2002, when I first got it. Thats why its not in perfect condition, had it for quite a while and has served me well. Will do try to resize the next two pictures, but my camera likes taking big ones, go figure. Thanks again.

It cleary stats in the forum rules that pics must be of a reasonable size. Those pics are way outof bounds. Please resize them.

the pictures are so big please resize them so other can see it easily.

and about the price since I don't know any thing about the prices of laptops so I asked my friend he told me that this should probably be in between 300$ to 400$ USD.

Please never upload that big pictures I can't really see how it looks :D.
And thats the reason it takes forever to upload, resize them, so in future whenever you have to upload anything then it wouldn't take forever.

Good luck with your LaPPPPPPPPPP ToPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

As everyone's pointed out, please resize the pics. After seeing the picture we might get a better indication of how much the laptop is worth.....
