That domain is not associated with your Forum account.
The owner of the Forum account that it is linked to has to do the work, ie go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php , sign in with his Forum account username and password and unsuspend himself. He has to log into the Forum using his username to keep it from being suspended again.
You cannot use your Forum account to do it.
