How to access my mail server

Hi,
I am bearing free hosting account anixsoft.x10hosting.com
and working one ado on domain with anixsoft.co.cc
i have crreated email account for anixsoft.co.cc(info@anixsoft.co.cc) from cpanel.
now i want to accees teh mail account from browser for login.like http://mail.anixsoft.co.cc or http://mail.anoxsoft.x10hosting.com. but i do nto see teh login page by these url.
can u plz guide me hwo do i access mail account from browser without Cpannel.
ur help will apreciated.
