How to add a outside domain?

So I purchased a domain through another site and have already set up the nameservers. But how do I specify it so that that when someone visits my URL is uses x10 as the host?

you need to go to your domain registrar (the site where you bought your domain name) and change your dns entries to this:
NS1: ns1.x10hosting.com
NS2: ns2.x10hosting.com

it takes a few hours for the changes to take effect, like 8-12 hours, so don't worry if it still looks the same right after you change it.
