I just created my account free in this service
confirm my emai
and the sistem confir creation of my account

but when I try to click on hosting in the sistem panel the sistem tell me this:

I want to know why the sistem tell me so
and How I can to create site if the sistem don't recognize that I have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.

I search in the site but i don't find anything avbout this problem

What is the cPanel username and/or the domain name you choose for your account?

after I login in control panel

I click in to Hosting and the sistem tell me that I don't have the active account

in this seccion :

you found in menu bar: Home account Hosting Support

and when I click in hosting the sistem don't recongnize me

I want to know how I can do to enter in cpanel to build my site ?

Just type in your user name and password by which you entered
https://x10hosting.com/control/
If you were using email id in the above,that might not help you login to cPanel.
Then you need to visit the emails sent to you when you registered the free hosting.
Use those user id and password to get into cPanel.
If the problem persists,revert back.

I can't see a hosting account linked to your forum account. What is the cPanel username you signed up with?

I probe to use my username but don't work , I probe to use my username of the forum but don't work . I can login only with my emai and password in to https://x10hosting.com/control/

Hello,

There should be a yellow box in the top right of the window telling you your hosting and forum account usernames. If there is no hosting username listed then you do not have a hosting account.

the sistem take by dafault my password of the cpanel but is too large

my password is too long for the creation of the new hosting account.

when I register I create the free hosting account but my be the sistem don't recongnize becouse the password was too long .

I can change the password of my cpanel but the too short pasword will affect to the security of site .

How I can do ?

Make sure your password is between 1 and 16 characters in length. For maximum password security, use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols (like @, |, _, $, `, etc.) with a 12-16 character password.
