How to confirm email address?

Hi,\r\nI\\\'ve created my hosting account, received your emal notification with the confirmation code link.\r\nI\\\'ve clicked the confirmation code link and I can login, but when I want go to the control panel I see a page that request the email confirmation code.\r\nI\\\'ve sent it several times without success....\r\nWhat shall I do?\r\nThanks\r\nRobert
