Edit: Google is giving warning that your site is suitable only for adults and I'm pretty sure x10hosting will not permit to have such contents here.
So better is to make a good and clear website and host it here.

Your blog is already hosted by blogspot. If you meant to host a separate website, then do as priyaa161 has advised you.
