how to create a proxy site?

i have the free hosting space provided by x10 hosting

all i want to know is where can i put the php scripts to make it a proxy site?
i have downloaded the scripts of poxy0.5b2 btw

newbie here

You can upload files using the File Manager's Upload feature, using FTP, or using Webdisk. If you do upload your proxy files into your x10Hosting account, your website will be shut down for breach of Terms of Service.
