How to delete account and website?

I'd like to delete my account with x10hosting, and to delete the site I created with the service, but I'm having two problems.

1. I can't find any way to delete/deactivate my account through the forum settings
2. My logon information is not permitting me to access cPanel, there is no method to retrieve my password there.

Is it possible for an admin to simply delete my account and content? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
