How to direct a subdomain to my TS IP?

I'd like it so I can do ts.mydomain.x10host.com but I can't seem to find a way to input an IP address.

Any help?

You could try going to the 'Advanced DNS Zone Editor' page using cPanel.
It appears to only allow A, CNAME or TXT. No SRV. So, 'A' might do the job in your case. IP address goes into the 'address' text box.
