How do you make ads like filefront.com and gamefaq.com and cheatplanet.com and davientart some other sites where you browse as a guest and an ad pops up saying register for no ads and you click next to resume browsing anyone know how to do that?

Its just some logic that randomly displays a full page if the user isn't registered or something like that (cookie/session check )
