How to enable php on my account. PHP is not working.

I am helping manage a site for a friend. and I remember a long time ago when I signed up that I needed to activate it on my account. If this still needs to be done can someone please let me know. If this is not reason can someone please help me through this ordeal.

I got it to work thank you for your interest. it was one pesky logical error. do you have any tips on asp.net on x10hosting.
