Strange thing when i try http://pizzaweb.elementfx.com/ it redirects me to http://forums.pizzaweb.elementfx.com/ but doesn't work.

yes my question it's why do not working i've created in cpanel subdomain but it's not working

I commented out your .htaccess entries and added an entry for forums.
