how to get gmail?

how do u get a gmail account. i want one. is it better than other email serivices?

When you select what options you would like on your google home page, click "save personalization." After you do, you'll be prompted to login to an existing account or sign up for a new one. You want to sign up for a new one.

There are lots of benefits to having a GMail account. Whether or not those benefits are important to you, is variable. Usually people like the fact that you gat almost an infinite amount of space. (GMail has been increasing the amount of space they are alloting customers) This means you don't have to delete e-mails.

I like GMail because it's very clean. No unneeded crap in my mail window. This is the reason I switched from Hotmail. Yahoo is the same as Hotmail in my opinion, too much excess stuff.

IG stands for iGoogle. It's their pet name for their personalized site.
