How to host ads

Hi,
I see that my ad hosting script is
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://x10hosting.com/adserve.js?corporate"></script>

All my files are html and i was wondering how do you insert that into my html files. Whenever i just copy and paste it into my html file the ad never shows up.

The ad shows up for me. Make sure you don't have a ad blocker.
Also, corporate ads need to be visible without scrolling down.
