How to increase my CPC?

Nowadays I am getting minimum of 500-800 visitors daily. But because they are not clicking on ads my CPC is going down and down. How to boost my CPC again to earn money from my visitors.

damn Google is so crap that the earning made from 200 daily visitors = 800 daily visitors.

Try CPV. You can't make people click advertisements. And even if you could, it's against the ToS of most / all ad agencies.

Any good "ad agency" where i can become publisher so that i can get paid for each view?

They're all "Pay Per Click" none can be paid for just by loading a webpage with an ad on it. As that would be mis-leading.
