how to install forums

i had an old x10hosting account, and now i made a enw site for my friend, and we can't find the automatic forum script. where can i find it?

You could always download SMF from here:

Simple Machines

Unzip it to your desktop and then using an ftp program to upload it and follow the on-screen instructions to install. It is very easy to do once you have a database made.
