Q. how do one upload files?

Ive done a bit of uploading of files over ftp but where is the location of
the x10hosting address?

2. Does anyone know the location of the documentation on installing
XMB.

If you go to cpanel and look in the left hand column on the front page you will see an ip address; use that and your username and pass from cpanel and you should be good to go.

Is there not documentation on their website. ???

instead of IP address, I used my host to upload files via ftp:
host: your host (in my case: tyrael.exofire.net)
port: default(21)
username: your username
password: your password

I'm not sure how reliable it is as its a wiki engine and I didnt actually look at anything other than the main page.
