How to loggin into cpanel

i have a question my site isn't working because of the dns propagation, but how can i loggin into cpanel without having to enter

try using http://70.86.136.178:2082 if that doesn't work then you need to try the ip for the server you are on and see if that works.

/cpanel/ or :2082

If it's a root domain then you can use /cpanel

If the domain is just forwarded you have to use www.yoursubdomain.x10hosting.com/cpanel

or the numbers insted of /cpanel :2082 I think it is?
