How to move your wordpress blog to your homepage.

Hi,
I have two URLs on my site one is Rotholtz.com and the other is Rotholtz.com/Blog which is a Wordpress
blog.
What I want to know is, is there a way I can move the page Rotholtz.com/Blog to my homepage (Rotholtz.com) without deleting everything on the blog.
If you could help the would be great.

Already did that, but I want to have it as the URL.

Try installing all files in the root directory, but not sure it will work.

Follow these simple steps:

1) Go to cpanel file manager....
2) Copy all files and dir from /blog dir to public_html... remmember copy not move.
3) Go to admin panel. i.e yoursite.com/blog/wp-admin
4) change URL in gernal setting tab. from yoursite.com/blog to yoursite.com
5) delete the blog folder now....

Are you sure that won't delete the Blog page.

yes.... i am using wordpress too.

Follow the steps as given your blog will remain the same else URL

Okay I tried the first few steps and have questions.
When I try to copy the Blog folder it says that it's already there.
So what do I do now?

You copy the contents of Blog to public_html.
FileManager -> public_html -> Blog
Make sure the public_html directory is visible in the left panel
select everything (click on all individual files/direcories)
Press control key as you mousedown on any selected file. You should get a green cross inside a green circle and the number of files+dirs.
Drag mouse to left panel until public_html is highlighted.
Release mouse.

Okay, I did this and then finally deleted the Blog files, but in the process I deleted all the wp-content files , will someone tell me what files to put back in so it will run.
