How to play AVI from my website?

How can I play an .AVI file from my website?
it should be playing from http://www.zeebaah.x10hosting.com/vid.html
but as you can see then it wont because of some codec error, please help me
and in the cPanel X < MIME Types it says
video/x-msvideo avi
so dose it mean that i got some thing on my site that are able to play the file?

When i went to review the site. The plugin it is wanting to install is an unknown plugin. So more than likely it won't play. I would suggest copying the embed url from youtube.

well dont supose you could tell me how to do that, Ive been looking at the source code, but cant find it at youtube..

ahh waite, found it... it was actuly even on the page lol, im stupid.
