please help me in both way your file syetem and through ftp

You can upload the files through two types

1. Filemanager

Login to cpanel and open filemanager and navigate to public_html folder and then click upload in the above toolbar.
you can upload the multiple files by zip and then once uploaded extract them


2. Use ftp client like filezilla ftp client

hostname : ftp.apysan.x10hosting.com
username: your cpanel username
password: your cpanel password

upload then files to public_html folder
