The website that I set up started showing a funny message at the top of the page recently. It show:

Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /home/tachme/public_html/PregnancyMethods.com/index.php on line 276

Can I check how to remove this?
