I was trying to create a free account but the moment I put my email, i saw this error code E761B76276081D98F, and was told to visit the forum for assistance.

Thanks so much for your reply. If it has to do with my IP then that's a problem because I noticed that it flunctaute a lot. And I don't using VPN is an option, or is it?
