I 've removed files:

.bashrc
.contactemail
.ftpquota
.lang
.lastlogin
.zshrc
How to restore these files?

You made no backup? These files belong to the original folders x10hosting? or belong to your CMS?

Those are located in the home directory before the public_html folders.

@OP: I'm not sure if those are in fact recoverable with the R1Soft Backup, but I think they can be regenerated easily. They might come back if you log into cPanel.

Thanks for the infor ;) He had seen those files outside of public_html, but had doubts whether he was referring to those files or other potential within the corresponding CMS.
I did not know is that it could restore accessing the Cpanel. Thanks ;)

Yeah. If the files did restore themselves when you logged into cPanel, then I suppose things should be just fine. On other setups I know that you actually have to go digging for the backups.

.bash_logout
.bash_profile
.bashrc
.zshrc

These relate to command line shell and since Free does not have shell access, should be no problem if they are missing.

.contactemail

email you list as your contact. cPanel on top has "Update Contact Info" and filling that out should restore the file.

.lastlogin
Automatically generated (IP address of your last login)

.ftpquota
.lang

Lang is for language. Again, can go to cPanel "Change Language" and setting that should restore the file.
ftpquota, not sure. Mine says "4029 15438985"

.ftpquota is generated by cPanel to manage how much data you may pass through FTP. I don't know if the root ftpquota can be regenerated though.
