How to send friend request?

I can see "add to ignore list" but therez no "add to friend list". How you send friend request?

Friend requests seem to be disabled for certain user groups.

According to Zubair, Administrators will resolve this problem, as he reported it to them.

I think all x10 lieutenants(Forum addicts) have this problem and admins might have to go through vBulletin's settings to fix this.
