To upload files to your hosting account, you can read over this:

If you want to have the system install software for you, log into cpanel and click softaculous at the bottom.
CMS(Content Management System) software will let you add pages to your website without any need to tinker with files on your website. I would recommend most of the ones in softaculous to someone new to webhosting.
