how to transfer domains

I'm trying to transfer my domain to my free account, but i kept getting errors that it's not supported at present time.

second q: my forum login seems to work for login to account panel but not the actual name that was registered.

please let me know the resolutions for the issues.

And what new domain do you want to have as your primary domain?
