How to transfer from free hosting to paid

How do i get my current free hosting plan, transfered to a paid hosting plan on x10?

Do i make a paid account, then ask you to transfer everything over?

Yes once you go to paid service a Senior staff member will transfer your files from free server to the paid server for you.

Your Welcome. Once you are signed up you will have VIP status. That, then shows you a hidden forum for VIP members for priority support. Where you can post all questions and get answers without the hassle of the free host forums(ie people posting in your threads).
