how to unsuspend my account

I need to know how can i unsuspend my accoun, i put some files on a folder but i forgot to put an index on / and now i cant

2 weeks ago I tried to log my count in but y couldn't
my index it's no more online

and i can't fix the problem because my account it is not valid on cpanel
