How to Upgrade from Advance Plan?

Now that V3 is released, how do I upgrade from my current advanced (Ad-supported) hosting plan to the new Free and Ad-free plan? I've tried my best to find info on this but can't seem to find anything. Please advice. Thanks.

You should be able to do it in the x10hosting.com account panel. Login on the main page.
As for switching to the 'new' Ad-Free hosting - which is similar to our old instant plan i'm not sure as the ad free doesn't use cPanel.
Switching between the ad-enhanced (static, advanced and corporate) shouldn't be a problem though.

There is no way to carry account information over at this time between Ad-Free and Ad-Supported accounts. They are running on different systems with different software.

That means I will need to register for an Ad-free account and migrate my files over? Also, are you going to offer paid hosting with domain purchase?

Yes you will need to register for an ad-free account and transfer the files over. We are still working on the paid plans and will release them soon. Getting the free hosting was our main priority.
