how to upload my site into the host server?

Could anyone tell me how to upload my webpage into the server .
I hav signed up an adfree account and desperate in need of help..

You need a FTP manager.
You can download one ( google it ) or use a browser based one ( http://www.net2ftp.com/ )
You need to upload your website to the www folder ( /www/ )
