How to view details of suspension for high resource usage

My account has been suspended twice in the last 24 hours for "high system resource usage", but no further details are given. Please provide more details on which resources are being overused so I can troubleshoot.

Please take a look at your plugins in your wordpress. Disable any caching plugins because they usually cause this type of suspension.
