How will I know that my add-on domain is successful?

Hi, I wanted to change my current website host to x10hosting. So I've created an add-on domain (because I already have an existing x10hosting website) under x10hosting, and have repointed my previous host's nameservers to x10hosting nameservers (nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com).

How would I know if I've successfully changed host? Will I get a notification from x10hosting (my x10hosting account is a free one)? Also my website is a wordpress website, so I've installed the wordpress plugin from Softaculous. What do I fill in for the Database Name and the Table Prefix under Database Settings?

After you add-on the domain, it should start working within 48 hours if you correctly changed the nameservers. As far as I know, (I haven't done many Softaculous installs,) the database name is the name of the database being used for the wordpress site, and the table prefix is used to have multiple installs on one database so you would have something like WPSite1_Users and WPSite2_Users so each could independently work.
