.htaccess Not Working?

Hi, on my website http://brendop123.x10.mx/
When you type in /repo/debs/*.ext its meant to redirect to a download.php file
But its not doing that, i was wondering if you could please fix it

redirected (301 redirect, not internal rewrite)

http://brendop123.x10.mx/repo/download.php?file=debs/ffoo.ext

which gives a 404 Not Found

What is in your .htaccess?

Edit/Add: Noticed you are on Stoli. Undergoing maintenance. Might be messing with file locations.
