Where can i see .htaccess files?

does cpanel have a httpd.conf or my.conf file somewhere in the file manager? if so, where can i locate them?

You will have the .htaccess in your public_html folder

As it is hidden file, while opening the filemanager you have to select "show hidden files and folders".

And you can't access httpd.conf as it is server wide settings not particular to your account.
