I can recode HTML ( 3.0 4.0 4.1 ) to XHTML ( 1.0 or 1.1 ) Strict or Transitional .
Please note that XHTML 1.1 is not compatible (yet) with most of the browsers ;)

Price - depending on the pages / how many content there is. Please note that recoding it in XHTML Strict is much harder for me than in transitional.

P.S. The site will validate at http://validator.w3.org/ .

Heh, wanna know why it will be valid?
I just tried something for a free conversion.
Take any page that isn't XHTML 1.0, and insert the URI into the W3C Validator. But, don't click "Check" just yet. Click on "More Options", and click "Show Source" and "Clean up Markup with HTML Tidy". And then, even if it's not, under the dropdown menu for "Document Type", select "XHTML 1.0 Strict/Transitional", and click "Check". Go down to the Tidy Cleanup, and select your new, XHTML page that obviously validates, free of charge, with the new proper XHTML Doctype Header.

I bet it cannot recode an excel document saved as html it will return "Sorry this document cannot be checked".
Yes, sometimes you can do with HTML Tidy but it can make changes to the document.
