Http 404 Not Found Error. Help Would be GREAT!

Hello. I am currently having problems acessing my wordpress and logging into phpbb2. For some reason when i try acessing it, i get a http 404 Not Found message, both when i try going to wordpress and when i try logging into forums. The forums still show with the post and everything but it doesnt let me log in cuz that page shows up. Please not sure if this is due to mysql or something else?

(quick note: i had also changed my domain name from www.wowreaper.pcriot.com to www.wowreaper.exofire.net. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. added %.x10hosting.com and changed all scripts to mysql.x10hosting.com. they've been working but not sure whats going on now.)

yes. but its when you try accessing my wordpress which is www.wowreaper.exofire.net/word That is what is the main problem, as well as trying to log into forums. I even went into legacy file manager and tried going into the urls through their....NOPE! They dont work. Please help.
