Is this something to do with 10hosting or is it mySLQ? I find that the site works absolutely fine until it gets around this time of night and then the Backend Fail happens. This made me wonder if x10hosting has a time limit for free plans or mySLQ plays up everyday at the same time.

The error [ Error 503 Backend fetch failed ] - usually indicates that the web server is temporarily under more than normal load - OR your script did not produce a result within about thirty seconds (PHP time-out limit) - OR you have added a lot of add-ons to your CMS (e.g. WordPress)

for your issue - I would assume it has to do with server load - after work users are looking at (testing) there sites - or it is backup time
