why has stoli been so hit and miss with how long it stays up lately? I realize that there was a maintanance period in which accounts were deleted etc...and that was supposed to increase the uptime of the server...but since then I have tried to modify/check my site several times and out of 8 times that I checked 2 times the http service through apache was down. is this ever going to be fixed at all?
