Looks to me like it's all because the DNS is down.

Without the DNS no URL's will resolve to ip addresses properly. If you know the ip address you may have some luck., but i'd doubt it. Very few scripts use IP addresses instead of URL's. Mainly because URL's are more convenient and easier to remember.

The server was just down locked up and down. It should all be online now.
