HTTP Down

Ok, just a regular report of the HTTP going down. At the time of the post, it has been down 10 minutes. I've noticed that it's been going down often, what is the possible source?

Did you check status.x10hosting.com and it seems to be on for me..

Hmm, I think what happened is that it keeps going up and down. It's down again...

ok, now the server status says it's online, but I'm getting a timeout
