This appears to be an error from some software.
Your best bet is to go over the database settings in its configuration, and re-add the mysql user to the database.

I found no databases entries in MY SQL _ I dunno how it were deleted _ then I created a new one and associated it to wordpress configuration, but still off !!
shall I re-install wordpress with those new databases ?
And If so , how could I get my old posts ( and every thing ) in my previous version?
