Hi

My web site is http://msegura501.x10hosting.com. It can also be accessed as http://fileslost.com
My x10hosting login is msegura
My cpanel account is msegura.
Since yesterday afternoon :

• the web site is not available (it just shows a web page saying that apache and cpanel have been successfully installed)
• ftp is not available
• cpanel is not available
• I can not connect in x10hosting

I know that you are performing some maintenance and that you have requested not to post about temporary problems. But is this (long) situation normal ?

Most likely yes; this is still part of the maintenance.
If however, you continue to encounter this problem after the maintenance is complete, please reply saying so.

Have you tried..

If you found this post to help you please add to my reputation.

Going to just your website wont load cpanel, it will load anything visable. Add after .com , :2083 so itll look like..

http://yoursitename.host.com:2082/
