HTTP Offline!

I am new to x10hosting and my hosting server is ciroc. I also noticed http downtimes very regularly, and now again. The problems I had previously noticed were repetitive up and downs during the day. This one seems to last longer. I know that I can check the server status in my account, but once I did this and have indeed the confirmation of the problem, I do not really know what I can do to change this...
I moved from my previous hosting company because there were a lot of downtimes and they simply said as an excuse that the hosting service was free.
Are the regular downtimes linked to the fact of having an ad-free account? What is x10hosting explanation to this problem? From freeappz’s post, it seems that the problem is new. Is it necessary to alert each time it is noticed?
I am afraid that the time difference is an issue, because at the moment it is not the middle of the night in my time zone - it is noon and people are willing to access websites.

Ciroc has been problematic recently, says my cousin.

I just brought ciroc up, but I am waiting for Corey on cossacks as there is something I gotta ask him, it should be up very soon.
Absolut may be giving you forbidden, not sure why, I will look into it or have Corey look into it.

Internal Server Error (500), actually.
I was wondering "OMG, what did I do to my just installed SMF forum to cause an internal server error"... now, if not happy, at least I know it was not my fault. Patience, this host has an awesome review, and the features provided are really top level, so I trust this is not the common behavior of the server.

No, its not. Before we have had a working server for 66 days without a reboot or problems.
