http status-code 504 when my website is viewed by friends in South Africa

Hi

http status-code 504 when my website is viewed by friends in South Africa yet i can see it fine here in the UK and also can be viewed by friends in Australia. Please help!!!

There is a possibility their ISP is blocking our servers. We do not block any specific country's to my knowledge.
